Can someone verify the mixed languages after first start of RADStudio 10.2 Tokyo with default language English and added language German?

    I have it every Delphi version for quite some time already. IIRC it even persisted beyond only the first start for me.
    Run BDSSetLang.exe, set it to german and back and it should be fine. I have not figured out exactly what causes it. I think it only happens on german systems though because otherwise it would be more prominent. Since the fix was quick and easy I did not spend any more time into investigating.

    It happens for me only after the first start. After the second most of the mixed text is in English as it should be for me.

    The same happens on French systems too: select English and you get the ide in the system locale...
