    I think we should make that 5 or even 10 Euros and they should come out of the pocket of that programmer.

    Another fine description is " doesn't work." - with no reference to what the expected behaviour would be, nor how it actually behaves.

    I guess the real question is whats the definition of "developer", maybe its changed in todays world and any old Chimp pressing a button is a developer.
