Ignore the list of requirements if they seem too much, and get in touch anyway :) I'm far more interested in a good programmer than whether you already know how to write a plugin! I can teach you anything you don't know, and I think you'd be surprised at how easy it is. (Shhhh - trade secret.)

    Could have been interesting, but I too am too busy at the moment.
    Have you asked Thomas Mueller​ ? Given his work on GExperts and some other stuff, he probably knows a bit about plugins.
