Marco Cantù ... Are you aware of any workaround other than suggesting to the user to switch keyboard apps which is imo no option?
Other apps or development frameworks seem to have no problems with the enter key of Gboard.

To be a little more "precise" there is 500 to 1000 million downloads of gboard. I figure plenty of million devices will have this Memo issue.
