I need to reinstall my PC and I will uninstall Delphi. Question is: the uninstall process will release the counter for allow me install it again? Should I really uninstall it first or I simply could format/reinstall my PC?

  1. Uninstalling won't reduce the installation count... so not worth doing. If you need, ping support up front for more activations (the number is visible in the members.embarcadero.com site)

  3. Ops! After reinstalling on Windows 10 Creators build 161888.1000 it wont load, get stuck as I can see in the Task Manager :( Tried fully clean and reinstall twice (I just did not touched the Registry).
Just noticed when I tried to run the April Hotfix it says already done, but I did see applying ("All files successfully updated. Press "Finish" to exit the installer.") so even if I had uninstalled everything including the ProgramFiles folder something else still resides there.

  4. Problems with Creator update were mentioned in this community just two days ago. I suggest to avoid this update completely until these errors are known to be fixed. There is also an entry in Quality Portal: https://quality.embarcadero.com/browse/RSP-18058
