    I have not used newest versions of Delphi but the compiler seems to be very "stable" if it throws internal errors during very simple code presentation... youtube.com - Understanding Automatic Reference Counting - ARC

    FWIW this is happening all the time in 10.2 from the background compiler responsible for code completion .
