  1. Are there actually more tabs to the right? AFAIK the arrows are a standard feature of that control.

  3. In the Delphi 7 era we didn't know any better, but that UI is awful.

  5. It seems like a glitch. You see a blank space where those arrows should be. On Delphi 10.2 Pro I do see them if I enable the component-coolbar. Maybe you can drag the coolbar to the right with the handbar on the left of the bar and see if you get the arrows (it glitches on and off here during the dragging itself but is always displayed if I drop it). Otherwise you could use the right click the coolbar to get all the other tabs (but of course it's not the same).

  6. Rik van Kekem I am using window 7+berlin. I never saw a coolbar.
how do you "enable the component-coolbar" in berlin?
    May be there is none.
We are not talking about a component but the component pallet.

  7. shlomo abuisak Now I'm confused. You showed a picture with missing arrows. In that case you already enabled the coolbar/toolbar with components, didn't you?? Normally the bar at the top with components is not visible anymore default in newer Delphi versions. Or is it in starter default visible? You can enable it by right click in the coolbar/toolbar (at the right from where the icons are) and enabling "Components". After that the "old" horizontal component-bar like you showed becomes visible. So that coolbar/toolbar is what you see. It should have the arrows if it's not all visible. Grab the ribbed left side and drag it. Do you see the arrows then? Right-clicking in that bar will give you all the tabs. If you haven't enabled the component coolbar/toolbar then what is that second picture of.
