    Windows NT 3.5 era, pre Windows 95.

    I'm getting this folder after a fresh Tokyo Release 1 install. I'm using Delphi personality only. Must be a installer bug ! (this folder doesn't exists on my Berlin installation)

    just found other weirdness, I'm no more able to compile (in debug mode) any OSX application. I've found that some .res files were missing . This also leads to IDE total crash...
