After my windows 10 update I lost Delphi Tokyo license. The LicenseManager.exe stucks on memory so Delphi won't load.

After my windows 10 update I lost Delphi Tokyo license. The LicenseManager.exe stucks on memory so Delphi won't load.
I had a full uninstall but no success. When I click on "I already have a product serial number" the installer don't allow me to click on "Next" button, only if I close it and go for "I have a trial ..." something like :(

    I'm not sure what's happening from that description, sorry.

    Please contact support. Installation / license issues don't count towards your support tickets.

    Thank you! I will contact them. In a shell: licensemanager.exe locks on memory so i cannot input my serial# and Delphi wont run.
