I like the new dark IDE theme, except for one thing - the colours of the active editor tab. It is white on dark gray, which is barely distinguishable from the white on black non-selected tabs. Browsing around, I haven't yet lucked upon a setting to change this. Is there such a setting?

  1. And the selected file in the Project Manager, and the component selected in the Structure Tree view, and the cursor inside the currently edited line (try Ctrl+Left or +Right and treat of following the cursor)...

these are only examples of selected things that do not have sufficient contrast to be found visually.

I think it's needed to be used by the development team of Embarcadero. They are developers too.

  2. Not sure what happened, but seems my comment didn't appear. So here I go again ...

I'm not sure if it will solve your problem, but maybe it's worth checking the couple of Dark Them alternatives at the Grijjy blog : blog.grijjy.com - Alternative Dark Editor Themes for Delphi 10.2.2

  3. With Berlin, I've tried some of these alternatives. No one gots a good integration. The last one I've has, lost the context help functionality and other little things in the IDE.

  4. Maybe another theme: In layout toolbar there is the dark mode dropdown menu, there can be selected as "custom" one of the available theme styles.
