Since today I get the following error message in Delphi 10.2.3 Tokyo: "can't load package ...\ibmonitor250.bpl". %1 is not a valid Win32 application. Do you want to attempt to load this package the next time a project is loaded?

Any idea what might cause this?

  1. No, this is the enterprise version. The error only started appearing one day after installing the product so it broke all by itself...

  2. Have you checked the file in question? It might have gotten corrupted. I had a similar issue, where the file was empty for some unknown reason.

  3. Sounds interbase related. If you don’t use it, just answer “no” and be done with it. Speeds up starting too. Win! :)
