ANPR team Your next step is to convince yourself that CreateComObject works just fine for different COM objects. Try creating an instance of Excel this way. Once you see that works then you can go back to making a minimal reproduction of your own and hopefully debug your code that way.
I get back to 10.2.2 version in which before update it was working perfect. Now in 10.2.2 I also can not create comobject. Maybe full install needed? not update...
