    Then create a ticket (if it doesn't exist) on quality.embarcadero.com - System Dashboard - Embarcadero Technologies
    Maybe the above issue didn't survive the migration, which happened to some.

    No votes, near to none comments, not existent in Quality Portal. Seems it hits almost no one and thus almost no one is interested. Pretty hard conditions for a bug to be fixed.
