Every few releases, I make the mistake of trying the IDE's View, New Edit Window option.
And just as often, I have problems with it. Either this feature is still broken in the IDE and/or I'm still as ill-informed on its use as I've ever been.
I seem to be unable to permanently re-dock a window that was docked.
At this point, I give up on this feature ... again. I don't have time to fight this.
Can someone point me to where I can delete all layout definitions and start from a clean slate? I'll manually create a "Default Layout" and "Debug Layout"
