Edwin Yip We just haven't taken the time to document it and open source it. It's pretty straightforward and based upon the ZeroMQ examples we provided in another article.
Davide Visconti Only the traditional ways of auto-starting them. We expected most people to run the Broker on another computer. The Broker code is quite simple and almost identical to the source code we provided in the ZeroMQ article. It could easily be a service or another type of process.
