I remember someone creating version specific icons for Delphi a while ago (around XE4 era I think), but cannot find them any more.

Anyone who can provide a link? (Especially to any source materials so it is easier to upgrade them to Berlin/Tokyo)

    The folder below contains the text and white area as icons in different sizes; the original icon and the combined icon:

    I've reworked the icons for Delphi 10 (Seattle), 10.1 (Berlin) and 10.2 (Tokyo); and I've uploaded the SVG file which I use to render the icons in the first step.
