Hi all
Hi all,
Is there any way to know which Style has been applied to a FMX StyleBook?
If you look at the FMX, it's hard coded in a huge hex string.
But I have a style in one of my apps that I like, and don't remember which one was applied.
Opening the StyleBook doesn't mention which style file has been loaded.
Any other way to know whether I applied A.style or B.style?
Thanks for any help
Steve

Save it to a file via the style designer and do a file compare with the other stylefiles you have.
ReplyDeleteBe sure to explicit the ".style" extension in the filename while saving the stylebook to file. This (despite the presence of the Format combobox under the filename) is the discriminant for having a binary (unreadable) file and the textual version.
ReplyDeleteAnd maybe you can actually post a screenshot to see if somebody recognize the style...
Thanks. I actually found the style back from the XE7 and Berlin bonus packs, which are not installed in Tokyo. It was the Sterling style.
ReplyDeleteI really think that if you load a specific style into a StyleBook, the name of the style should be displayed somehow for anybody to know which one is loaded.
