Yaroslav Brovin when will you release this? Any other updates?? I see on the telegram group that you put screenshot of 100% native android apps created with Delphi but they are 3 months old. Updates?

One could argue that AtoZed's Intraweb violated the Delphi license because EMBT has WebBroker and Delphi PHP. What about UniGUI or how about all the databases like NexusDB, or Advantage that complete with Interbase or if you remember; Blackfish SQL. Yaroslav is right in that it does not compete with Delphi directly only FMX which KSDev offers for Linux. In fact the offering, if it's better than FMX, would help strengthen the Delphi platform and be in EMBT's interest to support or possibly even acquire.
ReplyDeleteJoseph Mitzen I think the keyword in the license is "directly". This framework does not compete directly with EMBT's products as FMX itself is not a product. You cannot buy it separately from EMBT.
Joseph Mitzen i think Yaroslav response is good enough. You can’t compete with a product which you need to use yours
