Google's optimized APIs for security and performance means "your apps can ONLY be used in our garden" and will be difficult for example to side-load your app in LineageOS. The real wtf here is google's actions and then embarcadero's not releasing updates to support those "optimized" APIs.
Marco Cantù Information on that page was never really correct in the first place. Delphi never supported newer APIs, apps were just able to run on those devices in compatibility mode.
