Interestingly, I've just for my new iPhone XR today and the UUID format has changed from my iPhone 8.

Worse still, Delphi Berlin doesn't work properly and fails with an error if I try to debug onto it.
Looks like I'll be keeping my iPhone 8 until 10.3 is ready!

It is a known issue (a low level change by Apple) we are addressing in 10.3
