Now it's official, from Brazil to the world, release of version 10.3 of Rad Studio, will be in Brazil on 10/23/2018 at the Embarcadero Conference.

I believe the name is Delphi Rio, a reference to Carnival!

    Richard Baroniunas The Brazil Delphi/Pascal community must be big, if you frequently check the new github projects as reported by githunt, projects described in Portuguese is a significant part, I think that says something.

    The photos are real, I was there last year, but although the content of the talks are good, the duration is very short (40-60 minutes) and end up having little depth
