Another sneak peek of 10.3 - this time, improvements to the IDE Options and Project Options. Keen to hear what you think.

  1. David Millington Seeing as you've taken an interest in this thread and previously responded to the forum issues, I'm going to take the liberty of drawing your attention to the fact that the new site doesn't use https, which means that login credentials are passed in the clear.

There's several people who do not really find this acceptable (myself included), some people will simply not use the site as a result. Given how trivial and cheap (even free) it is to SSL enable a site these days there's really no reason or justification for a site not to support https. (See letsencrypt.org - Let's Encrypt - Free SSL/TLS Certificates which I use for an email server and web interface to it that I run.)

dummzeuch on Delphi-Praxis also pointed out that there's also a GDPR angle, complying with GDPR essentially requires the use of SSL even if it is not explicitly mentioned as such, see for example https://www.geocerts.com/blog/how-does-ssl-fit-into-gdpr

With apologies, not meaning to be difficult and a curmudgeon! :)
