vcl styles arent so great, on the other hand try to disable Themes in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\20.0\Theme, Enabled key - the getit will get an av but other stuff works
David Millington I tried again, and it didn't take too long. I opened project, opened the Options window couple times and tried to recompile the project, and then some controls started rendering wrongly (Project Tree, Editor, Options Tree). It might be a hint that when editor text is scrolled with the mouse it works fine. When you press PgDn button part of the screen is not cleared and text is overwritten. (My Machine is Intel Xeon with Nvidia P4000 Win10 1803)
So embarrassing seeing all the instant bugs being reported right after release. Is there no QA at Embarcadero? We don't see this shit happening to Eclipse, Intellij IDEA and such. Delphi quality is down the tubes!

ReplyDeleteIt happen at least couple times to me but I can't give the steps. If this happens the only option is restart IDE
