There's something that's not clear to me. Talking about community edition, when the 365 days will be gone, will it renew automatically? Or then you will have to pay to keep using community?

There's something that's not clear to me. Talking about community edition, when the 365 days will be gone, will it renew automatically? Or then you will have to pay to keep using community?

I am going to download CE but if it will become unavailable after 1 year I can't find a reason to get it (at least for me)

    As you know, there are some conditions to use CE, so if you still have them at the end of the period, probably yes. You can ask Embarcadero probably they will give you clear answer.

    You can ask for a new license but it will be for the latest version available. I don't know if you can use the same license for the latest version.
    In other words if you use CE you must go forward with Delphi versions.

    And hope Embarcadero keeps this policy and version intact. Once they change their minds, you're left without a working version.
